What are your opinions on each? If you have used each one? I'm moving to a two camera setup both gripped 5D and was looking into these two. Pros and cons of each from my research: Since the strap seems to be put on the same way as a belt, I can only assume she was talking about the connection to the camera, and that's never a good thing WEBSITE flick r Canon 5D-Canon 5D Mark III-Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX90V-Sony a9-Tamron SP mm 2.

I use the MoneyMaker and absolutely love it! The balance is pretty good, though I can tell when I have a mounted on one side and a prime on the other.

They're very comfortable, but do take some breaking in. Once the leather has softened up, which leads to the slight loosening or lengthening, they get even more comfortable.

My shoulders feel way better after a full day of shooting with the MM than with two plain camera straps. They sell extensions so you can put your camera in portrait orientation without any issue. It's really only obnoxious on the left side, IMO. The right side doesn't need one.

I get lots of compliments when I wear it and actually hand out more business cards because of it.

I really don't have any issue disconnecting my cameras. It's pretty quick and easy. Reattaching takes a little more effort than the BR mini-caribeaner clips, but I've gotten pretty quick at it because I work the clasps to my advantage.

The only downside really is the price, but you pay for the quality and the "look. I highly recommend the MoneyMaker. I have been looking into getting one.

Done lots of research and it has received nothing but positive reviews everywhere I go. Luckily for me, I work with leather and am in the process of building the same set up for my personal use.

I will let you know how I like it. Looking for light in all the right places. I have been using BR DR-1 and I absolutely love it. Think of it like a backpack. Weight is evenly distributed and tethering kit helps secure the camera.

Length is adjustable so that's not a problem at all. I keep them by my waist.

All in all I really like the setup. Right Side- 5D MKII Gripped f2. No experience with the money maker, but I've got the DR-1 and I love it. It also works pretty well for air shows I've only tried this once, but it did ok.

I put my 2. One of my favorite features are the adjustable bumpers. Don't forget it also comes apart so you can use it as a single strap for those times when you don't need to run two cameras. Forgot to mention that I have used this setup for couple of weddings and for other events. These events sometimes went up 10 to 12 hours and I had no problem with DR It is Personal prefernce but I find the BR ugly as hell. But it's comfortable and blends well with the darker colors I usually wear to shoot a wedding and stay low key.

A sharpie will take care of the glaring yellow "R" on the strap and make it blend in pretty well with a black or dark grey shirt. I can't imagine a leather strap being more comfortable without some kind of padding, and the BR is highly adjustable unlike the MM from what I can tell in photos The MM is more "classy" I suppose, and I've been to a couple of weddings where I've seen them being used and functionally they seem to work well.

I've also worn my BR for the better part of a hour wedding day like appdroid mentioned and I'm happy with how it performs. It basically just feels like you're wearing a nicely padded backpack. I still have not purchased either, but still leaning toward the MM as I wear vests, etc. At weddings and feel like the MM would go with my outfit more. I know that's not necessarily what it's about but if you're not compromising comfort why not?

And for those saying that the black goes better with your dark colors, they do make black MM straps, though not as popular. WEBSITE flick r Canon 5D-Canon 5D Mark III-Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX90V-Sony a9-Tamron SP mm 2.

Bit of a bump, but if cost is an issue for the MoneyMaker, they have released a nylon version called the 'Camera Swagg' which I have. I love mine, and prefer it to leather which looks great, but can smell after a while if not cleaned regularly..

I use the BR dual straps and I've been pretty happy with them except for 1 thing- the swinging. Normally it doesn't bother me, but if you have a speedlights on camera and you kneel, it will hit the floor. Whenever I shoot weddings, this becomes an issue and I have to be conscious of it. Other than if I need to kneel, it works pretty well.

The only other problem I've had is that due to the swinging, the zoom ring, the auto focus, or image stabilisation options on my lenses tend to sometimes be shifted. If you don't realise this, you might wonder why all of a sudden the lens doesn't focus, or shoot several photos with slow shutter speeds with your IS off.

As an alternative, I've been considering the spider pro system. Many of the photographers I look up to like Jerry Ghionis, Sue Bryce, Lindsay Adler, etc.

I've been meaning to try one out. If you don't do that beforehand, you'll find yourself retightening the pin from time to time during your shoot. I never had a camera drop off the pin, but several times, early on, I had them work themselves loose enough it felt like they were about to fall off the pin.

Another solution is to get a small lockwasher. I use the BlackRapid Yeti - which is an across shoulder double sling.

It's supposed to be worn across the left shoulder based on the logo direction , but just as easily used 'backwards' on the right shoulder. You have to get used to the swinging, but this I find is minimal - it's also easy to pick up with one hand, take off the sling and hang the two cameras temporarily It can also be used as a single cross-shoulder sling, the very wide shoulder pad is very comfortable.
